Northstar was really wonderful. We had an issue with mold and water damage in our new home, and they came in and fixed us up. They were fast, efficient, and thorough. Staff informed us through the process what was going to happen, and provided us information afterwards about what they found. Even with a big storm in the region, they still got us taken care of quickly. Bravo.

I had an excellent experience; he asked questions to make certain what it was that I wanted cleaned. It was done in a timely matter. The only thing is I didn't get my copy of the work order/receipt. I can call for that.
