I had appointment schedule at 9:30 on 11/6/25 by a lady I talked to in service department dropped car off got halfway home. Received call from Northside about my appointment they said the appointment was for a 2019 Acadia not my 2022 XT6 Cadillac. Went back to Northside talked to (RUSSELL)he said someone had messed the appointment up but he would write it up if they had the parts /thermostat and temperature sensor they would get it done.
