Brought my Toyota in for Toyota Care with an appointment, which I was told to make by the Northridge the last time I brought my car in. I am still sitting here as I write this it has been 3 hours. I would strongly recommend staying away from these guys completely. I'm glad I bought my Toyota from another store after an awful experience with these guys about 2 years ago.
