Useless! They wasted my time when I brought car in for sliding door that didn't work. Kept car for three days and never checked to see if door worked after. Ready to turn Sienna in for Honda Odysey and a better service department!

Fastest service and has good customer service
Very nice and professional service
Worst finance and customer service department ever. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Refuses to answer any questions over the phone stating it is Toyota’s policy. They’re full of excuses and false accusations. Oh, not to mention, Jordan, a finance manager, hung up the phone on me when I asked him to be more professional and to stop yelling at me. My advice is to NEVER deal with these people.
Great service and staff. Hugh waiting room.
