I'm starting not to like this place after years of being a loyal customer. Since the new facility has been built, it feels like customer service has gone down the drain. The only good person left is Marty in service. He bends over backwards for his customers. The other service advisers don't give a flying hoot, especially one in particular. Not only they go out of their way to find *urgent* things wrong with your car, but when you agree to have some of those repairs done, they down right forget about you, sitting right there... read more

I first bought a Scion XB here on 7/18/2003 and it got totaled. I went back here on 2/12/16 & 2/13/16 and I bought a Used Scion 2013 XB. They have the best service department people Jim Roberson, Andrey Tolentino in the Parts Department, Great Sales people that helped me and treated me so well are Danny Lima, Jack Agaybe, Friendly Great Managers Juan Martinez (WOW) & Jorge Cruz (WOW), and the other people were so nice & friendly like Jose Ramirez, Stephen Allison. Super nice service guys. I don't feel weird when I take my car there. Plus free coffee and donuts
For reasons I do not understand, they removed my car horn by CUTTING the wires and then tossed it in my trunk. The horn was working when I brought the car in for regular service and air conditioning work. I became aware it was missing when I attempted to use it on the way home, and heard nothing. When we picked the serviced car up, it took TWENTY minutes from the time we paid until the guys brought us our car. The place may look fancy, but "under the hood" is another story.
