Service Department communication and customer service is poor and will take my business elsewhere
I can't get it, when I have an engine varanty and I'm still paying for that, why they are charging me for more than eleven hundred bucks for changing engine water pomp? 🤔
Buyers beware.... I am so disappointed with Northridge Toyota!!! I’ve purchased multiple cars from Toyota USA, I’m a third generation Toyota owner, and I’ve never had such a bad experience then what I am dealing with them right now. After I spoke with several others in the SFV area, they’ve had similar experiences with NORTHRIDGE TOYOTA’S DECEPTIVE SALES PRACTICES AND FRAUD from their service to their sales dept. I wish I would of checked BBB prior to my visit.
Sorry so late. I went there to check why my key wouldn’t work in my door lock, when I got there I was assisted by one of their techs, I told him the problem and his first response( without even looking at the door) was “someone tried to break in, damaging your lock”. The lock is in perfect condition. He then said that I have to pay $20 for a duplicate key that only opens my door, whether it works or not. So I paid $20 and it didn’t do a thing. I brought my car in for a multi-point inspection this past March of which my car passed with flying colors, however, in the process they turned off the catalyst and oxygen sensors and now my car will not pass the smog test. I took the car for over a 100 mile drive on surface and hwy, and brought it back to the smog station and the sensors still did not register, so I was told to bring me car back to your dealership and have them turn the sensors back on as they were the only ...Continue Reading
The parts department contacted the previous owner of my vehicle about the part arriving. Then I waited 1.75 hours to get a key programmed but when I left it didn’t work so now I have to take more time off of work to get it done again. I am not happy with the service I received at all.
