I'm waiting to get my car from service and there are 10 people ignoring me despite standing here with two energetic boys. No greets, no how can I help you, no who are you looking for. Nothing.
Service has deteriorated through the year. Before it's quick and friendly now it's so slow and rude. Sales has always been excellent because I guess they are trying to sell you something but why buy here if the Service Department is unreliable.
Went to Northridge Toyota several months ago to look at a cars and met Arthur. He made our first car purchase very easy. We will definitely come back and get our next car from him.

Just went to Northridge Toyota to get a Camry for my daughter. We had the best time with Tami Wilkinson, our sales lady!! If you want to have a great time and a great deal, go see her. She is a lot of fun!!
