I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with Northleach. They are utterly unresponsive—no matter how many times I call or email, they simply do not answer or get back to me. It's as if they have no interest in actually managing the properties they are responsible for. I’ve tried reaching out on multiple occasions, and the lack of communication is beyond unacceptable. It could be so much better if it wasn't for the the worst Building manager I came across , James Barker who ruins the Estate Agent reputation. He never replies emails or calls and consistently fails to perform any BASIC maintenance in the communal areas. Arrogant and dismissive when chased for updates after not a single reply in months , still didn't complete any planned actions he supposed to take. Really poor management company, if there was any accountability they should have been shut down many years ago. James Barker fails to do any works and is only good at deflecting issues.
