Northlake Beautiful apartment complex with a pond that you can fish in, a swimming pool, and laundry facilities on site. Excellent landscaping and they keep up with the mowing and snow removal. Very quiet area even though it is close to many eateries, grocery stores and shopping. If you are looking for an apartment complex in lima Ohio I would definitely take a look at this complex. Excellent new management, the new manager is very kind and if they don't know the answer they definitely find it out for you!
Looking to apply I looked here and went thru on of the apartments , its very clean, the office people are very nice and helpful; the apartments are nice,, the one with the lake view is so cool, Im applying here.
Resident I came here a few months ago, it's very quiet, the office people are very friendly and the area is clean .I hope to live here a long while
Resident I recently stopped in looks like there are all kinds of new improvements going on and so clean even with the tracks next door it is quiet. Awesome place and love the lake.
Mt.Vernon Village Apts. I just went through a divorce after being married 30yrs. I lived in recent Michigan and relocated to try and get back on my feet. I looked all over Lima oh. To find an affordable and safe place a to live. I came to Mt. Vernon and looked over the apts. I was happy to see they had security doors and elevators at our disposal.
