Five star service We were living in the dorms at UNOH and decided we wanted a better atmosphere. Northlake is private and quiet which is great for studying. And Nancy and Stephanie in the office couldn't be any nicer. Definitely the best choice in Lima!!
We love Northlake! My wife and I just moved in on Saturday and we are really enjoying it! We dealt with Nancy and with Stephanie and they were both very helpful and friendly. Our apartment is on the lake which has a great view and it is very peaceful and quiet. We highly recommend living here!
Best Place in Lima This place is the best! Close to lots of things but not too close. The staff is super helpful and the lake is GORGEOUS. Move here, you won't regret it!!
Truly a great place to live As a college student comming from 500 miles away, it's hard to find a place to live. My dad and I drove around for 2 hours looking but when we came here we knew that I should live here. Yes you're right, it's more expensive then a lot of places, but I've left my keys in my car overnight and had nothing to fear when I woke up. Major bonus points as a young female living alone. Great Office Staff!! This community is beautiful. They have and awesome staff. I moved to this complex about two weeks ago and I am very satisfied. Work orders are done quickly and my needs are always met.

Safe and Clean The complex itself is very well maintained and a generally nice area. The location is nice; it's right next to a grocery and barber and within 20 minutes of the local university campuses. The landladies are friendly and very helpful, and our 2 bedroom apartment accommodates the 3 of us very nicely. Overall, Northlake is a safe and tidy place to live.
