Great Place to Live I’ve lived here for about a year now and have no complaints at all. Stephanie, the manager is great and very helpful, along with the rest of the staff here.

Wonderful Place to Live!!!!?? I've lived @ NLVAppts. for many yrs. now. And I love how they continuously take care of me. In particular I want to speak on my maintenance man SHANE. I recently put in a work order. It was completed the next business day. Thank you Shane for always being speedy, trustworthy polite, & professional. And he even wore boot covers as requested. If you should happen to be looking for a place to stay-please consider NLVAppts. they will definitely treat you like family and take care of your needs.

Great Staff! Recently moved to Lima and was welcomed by the staff. We were wowed by Stephanie during our tour of the grounds. Nice apartments-clean and quiet.

Fantastic Management Found an apartment listing on this website and contacted the management. Within 6 hours I was contacted back with an application. Towards our move-in date, my roommates and I threw a curveball at them and they accommodated for us right then and there! Noah at the front desk is very friendly and easy to work with. Apartments are very well taken care of!

Quiet and spacious apartments! Just moved in and on my first trip to the office was greeted by name! Talk about customer service. And the apartment itself is just what we were looking for. Quiet and spacious!
Northlake Village a great place to live. Northlake Village has been a great place to live. The office staff is very professional and helpful. I toured several other places before choosing Northlake Village and it is by far the nicest in the area.
Resident Northlake village is a great place to live is well-maintained Park area is great for the kids pool is well-maintained . Love the beautiful Pond for fishing . Very quiet and friendly community. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
