The service is very fast and straightforward.
The testing with Northgene is extremely pointless. My wife and her sister did a test to determine full or half siblings. They state they can do this test, but the results came back inconclusive, fair it happens, BUT when ask how to make this conclusive they state you need a parent, so the fact is despite what they advertise they actually cannot provide an answer without a parent involved, which if there was one available would negate the need for this test anyway. Excellent et rapide
Northgene is a good reliable service. I received my paternity swabs quickly and they explained how to use them appropriately and easily understood instructions. Sent them back recorded delivery incase they happen to get lost during transit, they do have free post so you don’t need to pay to post them back. There was a problem with one of the samples but was kept updated via email during the process I would like to thank nothgene for a simple process.
