From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I was treated so nicely. The doctor and his staff are friendly, not only to the patient but to each other. Very professional atmosphere. I am deathly afraid of dentists but my faith was renewed with this office. They offer sedation and explain everything thoroughly. I fee lucky to have found my new “dental home.”
I felt more like I was at a spa than a dentist office...yet it was not at a spa cost. Dr Carter and his staff are awesome. Great folks. I am an older man who has been to many Dentists in my life. This office is AMAZING! I am blown away every time on how exceptional their customer care is executed. Dr. Carter takes the time to personally know all of his patients and truly cares. Dr. Carter called me at 7;30 at night following a long procedure just to check on how I was doing. The staff at the front desk are patient with my questions and always willing to work with me. This is the best dental experience I have ever had! I LOVE NORTHGATE DENTAL!
