For years now I have been terrified of the dentist. I have experienced trauma previously (not this dentist) and it has been tough to get past. I have recently received two crown from Dr. Carter. The entire process was efficient and mostly painless. The staff is so courteous and personable it really puts you at ease. I love the “trap” or guard they use so you can actually rest your mouth while they are working. That, together with headphones and a movie and a very gentle kind staff makes this the perfect dentist for me.
Office staff is always friendly, welcoming and helpful. My hygienist, Melissa is great. She is always mindful of your comfort and explains everything thoroughly.
I have found Northgate Dental to be thorough,very friendly, and exceptionally knowledgeable. I would recommend them very highly.
