There was a lot of up selling . Dr Carter spent very little time with me. Most frustrating the issues I specifically went to Northgate Dental didn't receive much attention. (These are things your radio advertisements stress.)
All the staff are great, especially Melissa, who is amazing. Careful and thorough.
