Upon entering the office i thought I was at spa. Marisa at the front desk was thoughtful and friendly. Made me feel welcome to be there. Marisa also went over the recommendations and pricing at the end of my appointment to make sure i understood what was required on my part. My hygienist (Amanda) was very caring, friendly and professional. She performed the exam and cleaning with a gentle touch. The experience left me comfortable and happy to be there. Northgate Dental is the best dentist office I have experienced. Staff is always positive and courteous, and my questions are answered thoroughly. This is especially true for Dr. Carter and hygienist Melissa. Having Melissa as a hygienist has been a support for me. She always make sure I am comfortable, and provides excellent service. She really cares. Her knowledge and expertise help me maintain good dental health.
