This service is disgusting. My husband was was scheduled to get his blood pressure checked on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at 4 p.m. My husband has been treated rudely by the care assistant on duty today, and he was informed that his prior blood pressure of 149/100 mm Hg was perfectly normal and that he shouldn't attend today. When his blood pressure was measured that day, it was 120/80 mmHg, but he previously had repeated blood pressure checks and had never had a reading lower than 140/100 mmHg. I was 6 minutes late for my appointment and I’ve been denied the blood test, while the whole place was empty and no one else was there! The reception lady is extremely unhelpful and careless! The way I see it , they will running out of patiences to treat and will shut the whole place down 🤞and the only people to treat will be the careless attitude of the receptionist

I was 5 min late to an appointment and there was no one else waiting at the clinic and they didn’t do the tests because I was late… but nurse in reception was late taking my info while talking on the phone with a friend… so she took 10 min to tell me that I was late and made me wait for nothing…. So awful service…
