While in town visiting family, I ended up with appendicitis on a Saturday morning. My ER lobby wait time was less than 5 minutes, within 30 minutes of arrival I was in a triage room, blood work and scans done. Within a few hours, I was minus one appendix, recovering in a room upstairs. The entire staff, from the triage nurse to the ER nursing staff and physicians, to my surgeon and his staff, to the after care nurses and staff, everyone was on their game, pleasant, and genuinely cared. head nurse on third floor with the elderly and heart patients is a horrible person. abusive and hateful. also money stolen and new shoes stolen. if you have an elderly parent do not whatsoever send them to this hospital
Have been sitting in the ER for 6 hours! Results came back 2 hours ago and we’re still waiting! There’s not one nurse or doctor to be seen! Call for a nurse and took her 30 mins to come and had to go get her myself! This is ridiculous never have to wait this long and next time we will drive to Arcadia or Monroe! Better care nicer employees and less freaking wait time!�������
The staff was so loving and cared so much for me when I came. I had surgery yesterday there and the nurse prayed for me with me and just reassured me that everything was going to be okay, because I was so upset and scared. They were all awesome. Definitely as comforting as it could get!
Staff on third floor took excellent care of my dad last week. Also asked if I needed anything every time they came in the room. Kudos to respitory, cleaners, and occupational therapists. And the cooks were the best. Delicious food. Told my dad to go eat in cafeteria even after he got out of hospital. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!
Took entirely too long the billboard does not say the wait will Be this long false advertising! I came at 3:00pm left at 5:40pm ridiculous
