The staff there is real friendly and very prompt!!
My family has been here several times and each and every time we have had to visit the ER we were always taken care of promptly. The staff was womderful, always making sure we were OK and had everything we needed. We have never had to wait very long to be seen. We have never felt rushed, the staff has always made us feel like they were genuinely concerned.
I have to commend NLMC today. I had a really bad heat reaction and had to go up there to stop the anaphylactic reaction because I have Cholinergic Urticaria. They took me back immediately when I entered the ER and Dr. Harrison was amazing. The RN gave me my solu-medrol and pepcid because I had taken the benadryl already. They were truly amazing and the MD listened as I told him what I needed. He was very interested as this disorder is rare. I was out of the ER in 35-45 minutes. Kudos yall!!!
Everyone has been extremely nice and caring thus far during my mother's hospital stay. Kudos to Jessica in ICU who spent hours on her feet no matter what the request, Melba who is always sweet every time a family member is in her care, and the doctors and countless other staff who patiently took care of her. Sometimes life is tough but it's comforting to have such excellent care.
I had two of my kids up there and they were great good service and everything and i thank them for delivering my two kids.
