You guys need to take that billboard down that states 3min wait time in the e.r. cause its a joke. My family was in a terrible car accident and the time it took for them to be seen was ridiculous...two of the kids weren't seen until 4 hrs later and one had to be shipped elsewhere was waiting 2 hours for that!!!
The day shift was fantastic then the night shift came on, told us the results would take ten minutes been here an hour, went to check on the issues, the nurses sitting behind the counter playing on phones and gossiping, told me they just sent the results to the doctor. I can't wait until the JCAHO survey.

If your loved one is sick and you care anything about them please, please have someone there to be with them while in this hospital! !! The staff don't care anymore, they don't check on them the way they should and they will lie to you if you are not there to see what is going on. I wonder how many of them " get cleaned up" and a wet towel never touches the face not to mention other parts of the body! Putting on a clean gown is not getting cleaned up! I don't know why 3 stars are showing on my comment I tried to make it a 1!
No one in waiting room now or when I get here buuttt i still haven't been seen! I've been waiting for hours! They need to get it together on the grave yard shift! This is unacceptable! No sense of urgency at all!!!!!
