I suffer from chronic back and leg pain. It hurt to sit, stand, walk, or lay down. My daughter took me to the ER because my normal pain medicine wasn't helping... The nurse came to the car with a wheelchair and because she noticed I was in a lot of pain she immediately triaged me and put me in a room... Not even 5 minutes later the doctor was in there... The same nurse that triaged me brought me a shot and after giving me the shot she stayed and talked to me (at this time I was crying) and she was so kind and understanding. ... read more
Never again I would go to shreveport are somewhere else da food is a joke also crying shame
Not an actial hospital. Its a place for people to draw a check. I went for a seizure and when I fell I fell on my arm kinda hard. Wouldnt give me water nor would they give me anything for pain.
If you or a loved one is sick, run away from this joke of a hospital as fast as you can and make the trip to St. Francis in Monroe. Northern Louisiana Medical Center is loaded with incompetent doctors and staff. They don't take care of their patients and the facility is filthy.
Everyone treated me great! Thanks to them all!
