Kayla Spohn acted as a buyer's agent for my home in northern Michigan and was a complete flake. She rarely communicated timely with my agent, ran past contract deadlines with no communication, missed the closing date by more than 3 weeks and was worthless as a representative in this transaction. Her assistant or partner got more done in the last couple of weeks than Kayla did during the entire process. Her broker was slightly more helpful but not by much.

Realtor Kayla Spohn is unprofessional - I would avoid using her if you want a smooth, timely or successful sale. She was the buyer's agent for the house we sold in Houghton Lake. She never returned our realtor's phone calls, missed deadlines by weeks at a time, and did not negotiate in good faith. Her broker ultimately had to get another realtor to do Kayla's work for her. She was infuriating.
