I initially had a great experience at the store when I stopped in to ask some questions. However, when I reached out to the salesman (Tim) and told him that I had my prescription ready so that I could schedule a time to pick up my machine.... He told me that he was going to send me a email address to send it and then he ended up ghosting me. This was after he had told me that he also needed me to pick up a copy of my sleep study, which I went out of my way to do. All for nothing. Warning!!! Pick a different medical supply vendor concerning a CPAP unit or insurance claim. . All my communication was with Tim. No response from NIHMS after the sleep study information was sent by the sleep study office which included insurance, doctor authorization, and study results and the end of August, 2024. On September 4, called to schedule a fitting but was told the above information was not received. So I requested the sleep study office to resend information a second time.
