All the staff were very friendly, informative and compassionate and Doctor Hatoum was very easy to talk too and very knowledgeable we fully trusted him, NICTC is a very good Cancer Treatment Center we were very happy and felt comfortable with them.
The entire staff from the receptionist, technician, to the doctor are warm, friendly and answer your questions well. I couldn't find anywhere there could be improvement
Staff was very professional and compassionate. Dr. Hatoum was patient and kind and took the time to address every question and concern. Everything was explained and easy to understand
I had 28 radiation treatments a year ago for vocal cord cancer. Was very comfortable there and happy with Dr Miles
They've been great to my mom during her treatment sessions. The front desk went above and beyond to coordinate her treatment schedule with the hospital appointment we already had.
