At Northern Holistic they really helped me improve my health. I try to go there at least twice a month for a massage. They also give me very helpful advice on my lifestyle. I am a freelancer and I used to sit all day long at my desk without a break, which could have caused my back pain. I can highly recommend them. I feel completely relieved and i am more aware of how my body works.

For the last 3 years I have been dealing with a back injury after a bike accident, that’s the reason why I went to Northern Holistic. Before my treatment Gavin gathered as much information as possible to try to understand how he could ease my symptoms. After the Deep Tissue massage I felt really tired, even the morning after but slowly I started seeing the benefits. I felt much better, even my body posture improved and the tension eased off.
