I had an unsatisfactory experience with this auto repair shop. The customer service was disappointing to say the least, and I found there was a lack of clear communication regarding the repair process and time. As I ultimately decided to take my vehicle elsewhere, I cannot provide feedback about their actual repair work.
My lads at Reading Uni and thought he had a problem with his car. Took it in and they checked it out, turned out there wasn’t a problem. Didn’t charge him for their time. First class service.
