Regularly dismissive, consistently obstructive & incapable of apologising and trust that I have been super patient with them. I have had to pay for my own private blood tests/consultant as the team is incapable of doing their job without external pushing. Wrong prescriptions are issued & they are unwilling to prescribe when directed by a HOSPITAL. I have been hospitalised more than once due to their negligence. I would get better health advice from a greengrocer...

Too busy to help sometimes. No use if you are vegan. They refuse to get me vegan medication. When they have promised its vegan twice it had gelatine in it. Just now had to go to pharmacy to find vegetarian vitamin D, as doctor's refused to search. I gave them the vegetarian details but doctors again wrote out a prescription that had gelatine, i think they are messing with me 4th November, tell me my vegetarian prescription was not vegetarian- when it was marked vegetarian Tell me, gelatine is vegetarian, which is not so.
