Took my car here. Was told my drive shaft was damaged. Fixed it. Then 1 month later, came back with a broken drive shaft again. They said it’s from heavy impact when I’ve been driving carefully as it was already expensive to begin with. Had to pay. 7 months later, again damaged drive shaft for 3rd time. Clearly didn’t fix or replace it properly. The drive shaft is supposed to be strong. How is it possible to snap it 3 times in the space of a year or more? Crazy. Had an extensive amount of work completed. Best price by a mile also the customer service I received was amazing. Dealt with a young man called Jacob who made me feel comfortable from start to finish explaining the process and the time frame given was awesome I got a surprise call the day before that the work had been completed. Would give 10 stars if I could! 100% recommend!

Called in today needed air-conditioning re gassed all done in about an hour, now super cool.Very friendly and helpful staff, not the first time I have used Northcliffe certainly won't be the last.

Northcliffe Garage are fantastic in every department. Their expertise, professionalism, patience, integrity and customer care are exemplary. I have used them for many years now after a recommendation, and in turn I have recommended them to friends, family and neighbours who have all had an excellent experience with them too. A special mention must go to Mike, Zack, Jacob and Clem who I have had direct dealings with who really make you feel like 'one of the family'. Keep up the great work!
