I used to attend the hub in keteeing Town centre for ncps I really felt lifted on day attending and supported. Louise was very understanding and helpful and all the other atendees were also. Lockdown came and it closed I've always hoped to get up to the Grange one but always too much for me to manage 2 buses So far. I have found Lou’s advice useful, I have not attended an education course yet but hope to in the future. Mandy is a fantastic peer support volunteer, and uses her skills to support and lift the mood at the fibromyalgia support group in Rushden. Many thanks Lou, I wish you every success in your upcoming ventures.
Yesterday I went to my 3rd week of a course Lou is running. I had just had a car crash and the team where there to support me and give a hug when needed. I'm finding the course just what I need right now. Yes I was anxious about going but Lou helped me through that as did the others. It's so nice knowing that people get how you are and the tools Lou is giving to help me through the hardest days are really helpful.
