Excellent MRI unit The best experience I have had. I have anxiety when it comes to the annual MRI appointment! The team here are kind, professional and make the patients feel at ease. They made my experience so easy removing the anxiety explaining everything with a smile. They also picked some good tunes for me to listen to when I was in the machine!! Absolutely friendly staff who go out of their way to assist in any situation. The lady at the reception desk was exceptionally helpful – not only did she offer the nearest available slot that suited me, but she also provided detailed directions on how to find their location. The waiting area is spacious, accommodating companions comfortably. The changing rooms are clean and comfortable. The MRI specialists thoroughly explain everything and instill confidence and trust.
