WORST AGENCY EVER. Never returned deposit and it wasn't even protected in the DPS, which is a legal requirement. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
Me and my housemate has not had our £1300 deposit returned after 7 months, we are suing them
Please never trust Dan Barret. He was lovely and gave amazing service until I payed the deposit and now the house is changing management he wont tell the new estate agents where our deposits have gone, he refuses to give me a receipt for my payment of £720 and wont transfer my deposit over and it trying to get away with keeping the money to himself by now ignoring all my calls, emails and texts. They have shamelessly delayed my deposit for over 5 months and still haven’t returned it. Worse, the deposit wasn’t even protected in the DPS as legally required. Their excuses are endless, and they blatantly ignore all communication. This is outright dishonest and highly unprofessional. Avoid at all costs! ！！！
