I didn't want to write this review as I don't like people complaining publicly but I was very disappointed with them. The job initially went okay - some hiccups with late-start, initially leaving mess behind and takings weeks to take the kitchen renovation down which wasn't great but not a huge deal. Unfortunately once paid it went downhill - we never received the full documentation we were promised at the start. Brilliant work, would definitely use again and be recommending too
We used Joe and the team to completely change 2 rooms in our home. Joe came round to look, and instantly gave us lots of ideas for the rooms, and when we got closer to the work commencing sat down with us to pick all the final designs and fittings. We had the bathroom changed into a utility, and a spare bedroom changed into the bathroom, so a pretty big job which involved ripping out all the old to create a blank canvas for the new.
