Michael is simply wonderful. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and has helped me with my neck and back problems no end. To top that, he has been able to treat an extremely painful neuralgia in my head with astonishing success , something i honestly felt that no one would be able to do and for that i will be forever grateful. I have been receiving treatment from Michael Horsnall for over twenty years. He has treated a minor back injury that I suffered during college days. I normally attend his surgery about once every two months and have always found him thoughtful, knowledgeable and highly professional. Interestingly during the covid restrictions I was not able to visit him as regularly, and my back pain became much worse.
