Since your office no longer does reminder calls...the new software so far hasn't reminded me that I need to take my antibiotics before my visit. My knee replacement dr would like me to continue doing this even though my replacement surgery has been 3 years ago. If this could be added to your software it would be very appreciated! Thanks

My appt went very smoothly. Everyone was very friendly and explained what my situation was very well.

My son was anxious about having two fillings. Dr Hillstrom took the time to explain everything to him and to answer all of his questions. My son was very surprised with how fast the procedure went and happy that it did not hurt. He never even realized he was given a shot.
I am a big fan of Laines. I deal mostly with her. However, the front staff and the doctor are very pleasant too. They always take time to speak to you even when they are busy.
The dental hygienist was about 15 minutes late for my appointment with no apology to offer. I could see no person coming to the desk that she may have worked on. Each person who had come in after me was taken at an appropriate time. The cleaning procedure was also more uncomfortable than I've previously experienced in my 26 years of coming to this office.
