95 percent of the time I' m very comfortable, which is a huge improvement from the last 2 Dentists I've had. The staff is kind and knowledgeable who will assist when they can.
We were extremely pleased with the décor and location was perfect for us. The staff and Dr. Hillstrom were gracious hosts and very knowledgeable and friendly. We were delighted.
Great experience. Dental Assistant was great (forgot her name, Senior moment) and DR. Hilstrom knows how to Drill!
Everyone of the staff has exceptional customer service! They were all smiling and made my visit very comfortable, and anxiety free. The positivity from each employee reassured my decision in making Dr. Hillstrom my permanent dentist for life. Everything was explained to me in detail, without making me feel bad about the dental routine I had currently in place, they used positive reinforcement and reminding me what is proper care without making me feel small.
