The office manager was condescending in explaining what the proposed treatment plan was. He said 'Do I understand'. I have been responsible for my financial matters for a long time. I am not stupid. I was informed by the office manager that the dentist preferred to do route canals early in the morning. I do not think that my schedule should be made to accommodate the dentist - but mutually agreeable.

I prefer the office setup you have had for years---this one is a little pushy!
I met Dr. Gabrielsen and he was very nice and also mentioned to me about invisalign which I found very interesting. Everyone is so nice in the office and I refer people every chance I get.
Everyone on staff is really wonderful. Been going there a long time and would recommend to everyone.
I was very impressed. While I greatly miss my former hygienist, Katherin, I like and am very impressed with Regina. Having the same hygienist each time I have my teeth cleaned is very important to me. So just hold on to her. I also was very impressed with Aldo, although I do miss his predecessor; I thought she was great. Aldo is extremely competent and very considerate. I appreciate how he worked with me.
Excellent Dentist and staff highly recommend
I wish more dentists were as competent, friendly and helpful as Dr. Hillstrom is. After trying over half a dozen providers, this is finally one I can trust and rely on.
Excellent service and kind employees. I really like how they take the time to explain what they are doing and the condition of the teeth. I will refer everyone I know to this office! Keep it up! :)
