The Dental Hygenist was great and of course the Dentist was A-1.
Everyone there is awesome! Simple as that.
Really appreciate the professional, kind, caring service from Dr. Hillstrom and each of his staff members! I definitely recommend Dr. Hillstrom's office to any person needing dental services! The personal interest in my dental health always makes me feel as if I am his most important patient!!
Everyone was very pleasant and welcoming. I think that my wife and I have made a good choice for our dental care.
I've had mixed feelings since going to the appointment. All people friendly, professional and on point. The hygienist was fantastic. My concerns: 1) I thought I had dental insur, gave my card to the front team but wasn't told until it was time to pay that I did not. MY fault for not knowing but I may have waited on the appmt if I had been told prior to all the xrays 2) I felt like I left the office $265 short, with very little except a $3K treatment plan and a sun protector (BTW, a nice gift for clients). Wonderful, friendly staff that makes you feel comfortable and welcome.
There is no improvement needed! You guys are awesome! I always feel comfortable when I have an appt. I recommend this office to my friends all the time. When they go, they actually love you guys too!!
