I felt someone should have told me that Lane no longer worked there as I had asked for her. Also, Sheila did a good job but I understand she was simply filling in. Particularly since I had to wait about 30 minutes, it would have been nice if someone had explained the situation. That is the first time I remember ever having to wait so long.
As always everyone was very proffesional and friendly.
