I've been a patient for 18 years.
when entering the office, I was greeted with a flourish of Ohio State celebratory décor. It made this appointment to begin with a friendly conversation. The dental tech was very friendly and thorough in all aspects of the exam and answered any questions I may have had with a thorough knowledge of the subject.
The office atmosphere is friendly and pleasant. Everyone treats the patients like old friends--even if we do see each other only every 6 months!
Love the professional and personal attention given by front desk staff, dental assistant, dental hygienists, and, especially, the dentists, who offer excellent, caring, comfortable services!!
I BELIEVE THAT RATHER THAN ASKING ME, YOU MIGHT WANT TO REFER TO THE LETTER I WROTE TO YOU AFTER MY LAST VISIT. I NEVER HAD THE COURTESY OF A REPLY. IT IS NOT WHAT WE SAY AND PRINT, BUT WHAT WE DO THAT SHOWS THE ACTUAL PERFORMANCE. YOUR STAFF ARE ALL VERY CAPABLE, GRACIOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. HOWEVER, AS A PERSON WHO PAYS CASH, NO INSURANCE, YOUR FEES ARE GETTING A LITTLE TOO RICH FOR MY BUDGET ANBD ON THE HIGH END OF THE FEE SCHEDULE RESEARCH I HAVE DONE.

The xray procedure was actually the most uncomfortable I have experienced. Not enough to turn me away but I am not looking forward to doing it again. The size of the xray sensor in my mouth made it difficult to keep from gagging. It was not the technician -- just the tools.

This was my second visit with Regina and she's wonderful. When I saw previous long-time hygienist Kathryn left :( I couldn't imagine having as good a replacement. Regina proved me wrong!
I loved my hygenist and how patient and caring she is. I loved how things were so positive and not ''you should be doing this or that''. We hear so much negative in our lives, so it's good to hear the positive and the things we are doing right! I love it when I'm not nervous going to the dentist or dreading my appointment.
