It should be explained prior to a client appointment if Dr. Hillstrom will be present. I have gone to an appointment twice now with him being out of the office and no notice was given. Each time I arrived in no pain for a cleaning and left with an altered bite positioning and in pain. 72 hours later, I am still currently in pain.

Regina absolutely made my day (which wasn't all that great before my appointment)! Best darned hygienist I've ever met. She and Dr. Hillstrom helped me lose at least some of my anxiety which is saying plenty for me.
I was very pleased and the tooth is great.

Perhaps the office could offer different monthly discounts on various dental services or supplies (e.g. teeth whitening, exams, x-rays, etc.).
