I called the dentist office 2 days prior to my appointment and made sure to ask how much it was going to be for my 1st appointment and exam. I told them I only had the amount for that. During my visit I got charged with extra fees that were not properly discussed with me. Brenda made me feel embarrassed when I did not have the amount that I was charged. I do not understand why no one explained the amount till the end and I had no choice but to pay my whole paycheck that day.
