A few times I’ve called them and instead of making money from me and telling me to bring in my dogs, they’ve reassured me and given me good advice. Such friendly staff and they truly care about animals rather than just making money off anxious pet owners like other places!

24/7 365 days a year care. Independent OOH service which is rare to come by these days. Probably the most competitively priced OOH in the area. I have complete peace of mind that my dogs will always be looked after here. My sisters dog was a patient at NSVE with a HGE and the staff were incredible and nursed him back to health very quickly. Took our little lad here Sunday night under emergency circumstances. He's been to the Ralph today, Monday, and I'm sorry to say the diagnosis isn't very good but we are remaining positive. Hands down the lady vet we saw saved our little murph's life. I cannot thank you enough.
Would not recommend this out of hour vet have used before and had no problems but a few months ago my little dog was taken there for suspected poisoning they supposedly cared for her overnight and following day said she could come home. I was so happy but upon arrival realised my dog was no different they insisted she was fine she couldn’t stand, eat, drink or do anything at all.
