Working with Paul at NorthStar was a breeze. He made our whole moving process smooth and easy, and we never had any problems. We'd definitely recommend NorthStar to anyone looking for an estate agent. We have ongoing contact where needed and they are really approachable for any questions we may have.
I have had a great experience with this company and would 100% recommend them. Since my first enquiry about a property, I really have had a first class service, they went out of their way to make the move go as smoothly as possible but more importantly they have provided an amazing after care service and have dealt with everything quickly and efficiently.
Unprofessional and rude. Avoid North Star Lettings if you're looking to rent. I enquired about a property available for rent in late March with immediate availability to move in, and got an immediate response from Paul saying they were very interest in me as a possible candidate and wanted me to have first viewing in two weeks when they had finished renovations. Just ended my tenancy after nearly 4 years. Always found Paul very approachable and helpful and always on hand with advice and solutions. Even after the end of the tenancy both Paul and Kerry have gone above and beyond to help me sort out and tie up loose ends and released the full deposit immediately. I would not hesitate to use North Star again in the future and would like to thank them both for a seamless tenancy and wish them both well in the future
