RecommendedI think the doctor and staff members are very friendly and well equipped. But I had a frustrating experience with scheduling. I had an appointment but I needed to reschedule. I called during business hours for three days straight but there was no answer. So I left a message indicating I needed to reschedule. No one called me back, so on my “appt day” I called again to make sure they knew I wouldn’t be there( I def didn’t want to be charged for being a no show) They told me they got my message and it’s no problem. appalling lack of empathy and professionalism
Dr. DeCoursey has the best chairside manner of any dentist I've met. He makes you feel very comfortable and clearly explains your treatment and addresses all of your questions and concerns. He is also great with children. Very Highly recommended!
