I cannot even express how thankful I am to Dr. Brett DeCoursey and his amazing staff. I had a very scary dental emergency. I was recommended to contact him, although it was after hours on the weekend. I sent him images of my swollen face via social media and he got me in ASAP. It was more than evident that my well-being and conquering the infection I had was his primary concern. I could feel that I wasn't just another dollar as I've felt in other dental offices. Absolutely love the people in this office!! They were able to get me in for an emergency appointment while I was freaking out within the week, were so super friendly from the second I called and then a few days later when I walked in the door, and are so focused on every one of their patients rather than their numbers..something I'm becoming so aware of working in a hospital. If you are looking for a dentist, y'all need to get in here asap!!!! �
Dr. DeCoursey and his staff are absolutely amazing! I've always dreaded going to the dentist, but Dr. DeCoursey has changed that! He's very informative, listens to his patients, and everyone is very welcoming! I would definitely recommend North Shore Family Dental Care to anyone looking for a great dentist and staff that are wonderful at their jobs and really care about their patients!
The staff was absolutely wonderful. I was scared to death of having my wisdom tooth extracted and the dentist and one of his staff members held my hand and helped calm me down. He made sure I had no pain. As soon as I walked in Heather and Jim had smiles on their faces and were just really sweet and nice. Definitely going back for regular dental care. Couldn't have found a better dentist
First time and I loved it!!! I hate going to the dentist because every time I go, I'm in pain afterwards but not today. Thanks to you guys!!
