I had the most wonderful experience with North Shore Family Dental. I can't give enough thanks to the wonderful employees for being so kind, caring, and patient with me. I would highly recommend friends and family to use this group.
Went in to get an achy tooth looked at and I could not have been more impressed. Dr. DeCoursey and his staff were very friendly and they had bottled water in the lobby. I didn't have to wait to see the dentist and that is unusual in this day and age. I give this place a 10 out of 5 stars.
This was our first visit and it was great!! The whole staff is AMAZING very friendly great great 1st visit..
I broke my tooth on Monday, was in pain and didn't know what to do til my husband made an appt for me with Dr. DeCoursey. They were able to get me in on Wednesday for evaluation, found out I needed a root canal done but couldn't do it that day. Instead scheduled me in the next day which they were going to close but decided to open up to help clients like me who needs procedures done asap. I have a very low tolerance of pain. He was sensitive to my concern and worked gently and fast.
I've been avoiding the dentist for years because I knew I needed to get a ton of work done and I was terrified of it. Eventually I had to downgrade my insurance so I decided it was time to get it all done. I did some research and saw all the positive reviews of Dr. Brett and scheduled an appointment. The reviews were right. He sat me down and was very straight forward on what needed to be done, but at the same time, not intimating or agressive. Everyone was beyond kind and empathetic towards my pain today. I was a first time client and they were able to fit me in for an emergent visit right away and able to schedule the next visit just as quickly! I will definitely be coming back.
They are so awesome and nice they took the time to make sure everything was done right.
