I am not happy. How many times have I called and they don't let me see a doctor when I have a brain disease and my ears don't work. Several doctors have confirmed these problems but they don't understand

Both my mum kalina and myself have been with North Road Suite for many years and the staff are great and so helpful. We are very luckly to have such great help as we are both suffering long term health problems and the help we get is greatly appreciated from all the staff. It makes such a difference to our lives. Dr Ram is an amazing and kind doctor who we greatly appreciate, as do we the other doctors at the surgery.
When you need help and see a doctor, calling at 8am and you hear to go back to the pharmacy because is virus around and you can phone after 11?? I do not know for what when I'm on the phone now and ...YES you got diaggnose from receptionist 😂🤣😂 over the phone. I though a wizard and fairies are only in books but this gp has them there 😂🤣😂
