Incredibly unprofessional. Took a holding deposit from multiple people, rather than one for securing the property, which I'm pretty sure is illegal. Didn't contact us for ages, even though the property had already been given to another and our deposit taken. Agent who showed us round seemed bored and borderline rude. Glad to have avoided.

Didn't even want to give one star! Joke of company. Rude, unprofessional, don't do nothing. Workers who work for them don't do full Jobs but I don't blame them as I personally know one of ex employees and he never got paid for Jobs he did. New management is needed. Woman who always answers the phonr sure her name is Becky needs to learn some customer skills. DO NOT RENT OF PROPERTY OF THESE!
Absolutely shocking agents. The reviews say all there is to say about this company….If you are a property owner, please don’t go with this company to manage your property as they will charge you a fee and not maintain your property and if you are looking to let a property, you will be left without any jobs being done. The staff in the office don’t have a clue what they are doing, how the business is still in operation is beyond me. My 11 year old could do a better job in running a business than these cowboys.
