Find another location to service your vehicle, it takes 3 weeks to schedule appointment then you are expected to leave your car for a few days for and oil change, tire rotation, cabin filer change and to order a windshield!
I have had the best experience at North Park ! I just had my first service and wow it was fast and easy ! I had a appointment Jan 15th and put 10k on my brand new #BettaGettaJetta and did a walk in knowing I would have to wait . OMG I didn't even have time to finish my coffee !!! — with Alexis Benesch.

let's put it this way, I've been sitting in a 40k Volkswagen with the all doors, hood, & tailgate open listening to 90s grunge on the car stereo on front porch of dealer for 15 min & no help from sales staff
NITROGEN!!! ($75 charge) in the tires of a sportswagen; a WAGON...I can not stop laughing...not even counting the weeks it took to finally get an answer on a price for a car. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else...anywhere else...
