Volkswagen service department team is always ON it, Andrea always provides 5 star service. I went in for an oil change on a rainy day. I was there for a bit but with Wifi and an a great book it wasn’t so bad! They also offer a ride to where ever you would like to go while your vehicle is getting serviced. They sent a detailed video via text about how my vehicle was running and what it needed. They even washed my vehicle on a that rainy day. Helpful customer service and food availability for appointments
Great service from the valets, advisors and service staff. The shuttle driver was also phenomenal, glad I got my service done here instead of the RGV, 10/10 recommend NorthPark!
