Bought a 2025 Tiguan for my wife and it shut off on her as she was on IH10. The engine shut off and the entire dash went black. Luckily she was able to coast to safety. The dealer has now had it for 35 days. They are saying another 2 weeks, which I don't believe. I have had to call for updates because there has been 0 attempts at communicating with us. My wife's vehicle was serviced at this dealership recently. Several days after the service, she began experiencing brake troubles. It turns out that one of the brake hoses was duct taped. She spoke with Mr. Zapata after the fact and he was rude and insisted they didn't do it. So it was either duct taped by this dealership or they over looked it, both of which is unprofessional and not thorough.
