Bought a new vw taos two years ago and had to bring in for different issues multiple time. They told me after 5 months after the purchase that the factory brakes were no good and would need a replacement. They told me the put after market brakes pads on, but the only last 6 months. I needed replacement again so I had to go to brake check to do and they charge me half then what the dealership quote was. I bought a Volkswagen Tiguan 2017 from here. The car itself has been great, and I was initially very excited about the purchase. Mario was kind throughout the sales process, and the financing and overall purchase went smoothly. My frustration has been with the service afterward. I wasn’t informed that the radio wasn’t working until I was ready to purchase the car, but I was assured it would be replaced at no cost.
