Bought a car from north park Volkswagen. What a horrible experience. Comedy of errors. Been waiting over 2 montsh for them to get us a second key.

Excellent service! Our salesperson, Matt Delgado was fantastic! One of easiest purchases we've ever been involved in. The only thing that could have made it even better would have been to get a year's worth of car washes! 😉 Thanks North Park VW for a great experience!

These guys SUKK!!! I scheduled an appointment on Tuesday, 9/1, to get my windshield replaced. They said I had to pay upfront for the windshield, so I was transferred over to parts & I did. Transferred back to service to schedule my appointment. I specifically told the service Fukker that I would be waiting there. He said it could be an all morning wait, I told him that would be fine. Appointment is set for 7:45 today. I get there at 7:50, checking in with “my” service guy. He tells me they do not know what time the windshiel... read more
